thanks for the comments. I took this pic from the sand, with my 100-400 lens. I don't use a tripod as the lens has IS. Often I sit on the sand to give a lower point of view as it makes the waves appear a little larger. In this picture the focus was right on so I was able to do an extreme crop. Thanks again for the comments.

Great action shot, but it doesn't really say "Black and Red" to me, altough I'll grant that both colours are present.
